One Blunder after Another in the War on Terror
Many Americans, and most of our allies, have suspected it for years: The neo-cons' botched war in Iraq is making us less safe. With the release of the National Intelligence Estimate, it's official. The report, a consensus statement by all 16 military intelligence agencies, both civilian and military, concludes "that the Iraq war has made the overall terrorism problem worse." Couple that statement with the torture bill that Congress just passed, and it's clear that this week has been a low point for American security. Let's not forget that the original rationalization for the war – the claim that Iraq was stockpiling weapons of mass destruction – was discredited long ago. The administration has tried to sustain support for the war by telling Americans that it's necessary to protect us from terrorism. Now that we know that's false, the only question left is what will be the next pretext to justify an unwise and immoral military action overseas? The torture bill will surely exacerbate the problem. It erases the right of habeas corpus, a keystone of our Constitution and centuries of common law. It would give George W. Bush the power to personally decide what is or is not torture, and what methods of torture can be used. The bill is an affront to the Geneva Conventions. Worse yet, it exposes our soldiers, young men and women who come from all of our neighborhoods and all of our hometowns, to being tortured themselves if captured. This is craven partisan politics. It is a betrayal of deeply held American principles in the service of the Republican midterm election agenda. Illegal detentions, extraordinary rendition, and kangaroo courts are patently un-American. They are clearly contrary to our national interests. Torture is not a Minnesotan value, nor is it an American value. We need new leaders in Washington, DC, who have the courage to defend the ideals on which this great nation was founded. We need leaders who understand that respect for human rights and civil liberties are fundamental to our identity.
I have devoted my career to upholding the dignity of the law and ensuring that it is applied equally to everyone in our society. It is the principle that we are all equal under the law that has made our country a beacon of hope around the world. Now is the time for a return to diplomacy, rule of law, decency, and common sense. I'm ready to bring to Congress these qualities, and a vision of America as a true moral authority and example for the world.

Please pray for our Leaders here in the USA! I feel we might all be in for the ride of our lifes. This Islamic war against the west could be going on until the Lord Jesus comes back. So we are in dire need of strong, courageous, faith-filled representatives in are government.

Last night I was thinking about what I read in a book by John Hagee "Jerusalem countdown" . In the book it mentions so islamic leader reciteing a prayer in the Washington capital building I belive. Before congress starts or something like that back right after 9/11. Well anyway that islamic leader is later taped or overheared by someone as wanting to overthrough the U.S. government. Now get this not through terriourst attacks but by winning elections here in the USA. That islamic leader wants the muslims in this contry to run for office and then if they win they can influence the decisions made by our government. I will update this with more like the islamic leaders name later.

The other night I caught a show on Glenbeck on msnbc I think, im not for sure the name of the show but the host had on a govenment repersentive from Minesota that had just won in the elections this Nov,7 and the gentlemen was a Muslim and pratceing muslim had won like a seat in the Senate from Minesota or something like that. Now that is just to weird!! We are in a war against Islamic Fachisest terrorist and aparently people out there wont a person who practices islam as one of their repersentives. I have not got anything against the guy who won personal, for all I know he could be uncle sam through and through. But I would defanitly keep my eye on him if I were the CIA or FBI. I would like to see him on Bill O'Rielly's show the factor. I will update this too later with the minesotaina name who won in Nov7,

Mr.Bill O’Reilly favors allowing children consigned to foster care to live in a gay home when no other alternative is available. Mr.Bill O’Reilly is not basing his opinion on emotion but rather on scientific studies. Mr.Bill O’Reilly will listen to the other point of view. But he has heard little from the Catholic Church on why the church disagrees with him. Well Mr. O’Reilly let me shed a little bit of light on this matter for you. First GOD is love. Sin is not GOD. Sin is evil and wicked and brings death and destruction.

Now Bill would you allow your kid’s to have Mark Hulett as a baby sitter? Or perhaps you would prefer Adolph Hitler as their care giver, of course not! No sane human being is going to allow their kid’s or any kid to be around these monsters for a second let alone for possibly a lifetime of care. I know it’s over the top. But why then would you allow or want children to live with gays {homosexuals}? God himself calls homosexual life style an abomination straight from the bowls of hell! Try to look at it from God’s point of view. It’s not just earth, you know here and now, but rather eternity. Yes I grant you that kids raised by gay parents usually turn out the same way children in traditional home do, according to scientific studies. I find this very hard to swallow though. But in God’s eyes there is more than just life here on earth, you know the here after. We are made in the image of God, why then place the image of God {Foster care kids} in the hands of what God call’s an abomination? Why run the risk Mr.Bill O’Reilly? Im sorry Bill but I just don’t see the logic in your point of view, that foster kids would be better off with a gay family or rather a abomination family than the child care system.

Bill you are a reasonable gentleman, surely now you can see through God’s eyes that foster kids are far better in the child care system, than living in a abomination family aka gay family. I hope I have shed some light on the churches position that homosexual conduct is totally wrong. Well that is all for now I could go on and on but Bill I would like to thank you for writing Culture Warrior. It’s the first book that I have read of yours very good and informative and eye opener for sure. It even made me laugh in places. I hope to read more of your other books in the near future.

Yesterday here at the library I finally got Bill O'Riley book Culture Warrior:) So far I love it!! Thank you Mr. O'Riley for a great book!! I would like to encourage all who happen to read this to get Culture Warrior and read it and then apply it to you life. The aclu is destroying the Country {USA} I love very much by trying to take away all are freedom in a twisted perverse way. Acting as though they are for Americans when in fact they are against most traditional Americans.

Lets be hopefull

Governor Blagojevich says 'You aint seen nothing yet;' Well lets hope that we do see something for the better. I just found out today that write in candidate Randy Stufflebeam is pro-life and against same sex marriage which is a wonderful thing!!! We need more people like Randy to run for governor and government positions. Regardless of what party they belong too, people who believe in GOD and have a healthy fear of GOD. Lots of people now days seem to have no fear of GOD at all, heck they don't care what they do in public or on tv as if there will not be a judgement day. I hope that the democrats that are in control of house in Washington like that lady from California I forget her name but she needs prayer. She is very liberal way to liberal if you ask me. I think most democrats are too liberal when it comes to morels and family values.



Yesterday at the polls some of the democratic candidates did not have anybody running against them:( I was a little upset at seeing this.

Nov,7-2006 vote

I voted today!!! I feel good, i did the right thing and got out there and made a difference! So if you are reading this and have not voted yet please let me encourage you to go out and vote now. Please pray before you go that the holy spirit will help you pick the best qualified and pro-life candidate. I must confess I voted for some democrates but for the governor of Illinois I voted Republican and also for the senate I voted Richey. I enjoyed voting and think its great that i am privileged to vote, thanks be to GOD
